Hi All,
Here are some photos from Teddy's first few days settling in. He arrived in Boston on Saturday from Dallas, Texas. He is adjusting very well so far and has bonded very strongly to Jenna already, he was not happy to see her go to school today! He is a very sweet petite golden doodle & is a beautiful color that reminds us of Dakota as a puppy.

Jenna & Teddy
Hi Linda,
We just love Teddy more and more each day-he is very sweet and funny. He is adjusting surprisingly well. He is getting on a schedule and rarely makes a mistake in the house.
He adjusted to his crate in about 2 nights and now will even go in on his own to relax. He is generally a very calm dog, he gets a rush of energy around 4-5PM and runs around like a mad man playing with his toys, I think he gets excited to have Jenna home from school.
He sailed through his vet visit on Tuesday and will return in a month for his shots. We have a trainer coming on Tuesday evening to make sure we are on the right track with all the training basics. I have found several of your recommended books quite helpful.
I have sent out quite a few e-mails to friends and family and everyone comments on how absolutely adorable he is and that he is too cute to be real!
I really love his dark honey coat coloring, the white on the tip of his tail, the swirl on the top of his head and little circle around his nose and mouth are all so sweet-I hope it stays as he grows up!
We had a bit of cold and snow earlier in the week and he jumped right in, seeming to really enjoy our ever-changing weather-he is becoming a Maine dog already!
Thank you for keeping in touch, we will continue to send updates and photos.

Hi Linda,
Teddy is awesome. He is absolutely adorable, he draws a crowd wherever we go. He goes to school with me everyday to pick up Jenna and all the kids just love him, he throws himself at their feet to get belly rubs. Even the pre-school kids love him because he is small and doesn't jump on them.
We couldn't be happier with him, actually I had even thought of getting another buddy for him once I have him really well trained-we started intermediate lessons and he does very well. Here he is pictured below. At 9 months he is around 26lbs and pretty short, he is a really nice size-definitely a mini! I sent some photos after his trim too, found a groomer that does a pretty nice job!
Sincerely,
Stacey R.
